Coaching and Mentoring Skills: From Directing to Developing People

This one-day program is designed for senior managers in a construction environment who lead operation teams. It focuses on strengthening leaders’ ability to develop people, not just direct tasks. The program clearly differentiates directing, coaching, and mentoring, and provides practical guidance on when and how each approach should be applied in real workplace situations.

Through practical cases, discussions, and role plays, participants learn how to ask effective questions, uncover root causes of team issues, and support team members in finding the right solutions while maintaining accountability.
