Character Building

Majority of employees failed due to their attitude and not their aptitude. The individual character of an employee, notably the team leaders, will eventually shape the Company's culture. This training program is intended to build the characters needed to thrive as an individual and as a contributor in the Company. The study cases will highlight daily issues at work that might have hindered someone's success throughout their career. This training is also expected to be a wake-up call for the participants to bring out the best potentials within themselves.

Training objectives:

• To help the participants to understand the importance of character building for their career development

• Introduce how integrity principles should be implemented at work

• Introduce continuous learning habits that should be nurtured from times to times

• Introduce how to conduct and measure service excellence at work

• Introduce basic financial literacy to achieve financial health both for personal financial planning and for the Company's financial health

• Introduce fives steps to improve emotional intelligence using Daniel Goleman's framework

• Introduce grit and resilience implementation to thrive during the tough times

• Introduce a set of social skills needed to take the participants' career to the next level
