* Develop Action Plan to start improving participant Agility


This module explains an overview of Sustaining the Idividual Agility


Module 4. Getting into Practice how to be an Agile Individual

* Group exercise : VUCA in the Organization
* Debriefing : Group discussion on Changes that Obviously identified
* Group exrecise : CO-creating definition in the real context of the organization
* Debriefing: Group discussion on what is the real challenge they face to implement it


1. Each Group discuss and identify how VUCA impacting the organization and their way of work
