Presentation to explain the basic meaning of change management, why it is necessary to make changes, and what factors influence a change. This is very important to know so that each individual can agilely deal with any changes.

* Conducting case studies with discussions of real cases happening today. Participants are invited to express their opinions and views regarding the case.
* The team will be split into 2 breakout session teams for 10 minutes and will rejoin the main session for joint discussion.

The ability to deal with change is very important in today’s disruptive era and one of the most critical abilities to deal with change is “individual agility”. Speed in responding to a change situation is needed so every condition can be managed properly.

The main objectives of the course are to:
* Present a picture of the constant change in the business and social environment.
* Discuss the impact of this change on individuals and organizations.
* Analyze ways in which organizations and individuals can deal more effectively with the change process.
* Improve skills in analyzing data for the purpose of resolving issues directly related to Change Management.
