(Online) Certification Program AGILE CERTIFIED HIJRAH COACH (ACHC)

The Agile Certified Hijrah Coach (ACHC) is a Hijrah Coach certification program accredited by IC-AGILE (ICP-ACC certification). This is an Agile Coaching & Facilitation track certification that focuses primarily on the mindset, roles, and responsibility of an Agile Coach. The workshop is unique in that it allows candidates to experience both the ‘doing’ and ‘being’ of agile coaching.

It is a highly interactive program that uses training techniques including case studies, breakout activities, teaching backs, simulations, and group discussions.

You will learn how to navigate the Agile Coaching Competency Framework and flow between professional coaching, mentoring, training, and facilitation in providing service to individuals and teams. You will acquire essential coaching skills such as coaching stance, presence, active listening, powerful questioning, to help individuals and teams to gain insights and solve their problems on their own. You will enhance your professional coaching skills with mentoring skills to provide your expertise through recommendations, advice, resources and opinions. You will learn multiple training methods and approaches. You will acquire the skills needed to create a healthy environment for collaboration and conflict management within an Agile team.

You will practice one-on-one coaching, team coaching and practice having mentoring conversations. You will also experiment with the concept of team development and dynamics, change management and building coaching alliances and contracts.

Hijrah Coach will deliver the program in Bahasa Indonesia since it has been a kind of long-awaited program by many Indonesians. Upon completion of this training, you will receive the credential titled ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), as well as Agile Coach Hijrah Coach (ACHC) Certificate.

This course runs for three (3) days with six (6) hours per day, which consists of Session 1: 08:30 – 11:30 WIB, and Session 2: 13:30 – 16:30 WIB.
