Dengan adanya perubahan yang begitu cepatnya, akhir memicu setiap individu dan organisasi untuk dapat mengikuti perubahan itu, jika tidak akan mengakibatkan individu/organisasi tersebut akan terdisrupsi oleh kondisi persaingan dan perubahan yang ada.
