Basic Hard Skill, Soft Skill, and Digital Skill for Leaders

It's inevitable that staff who are promoted to leadership positions are often the most accomplished in their roles. However, leadership potential and skills are often overlooked and relegated to secondary positions. This can lead to toxic leaders emerging, leaving subordinates feeling dissatisfied and unproductive, which is ultimately counterproductive for the organization.

Therefore, it is crucial to develop leadership skills before promoting someone to a leadership position. While this is ideal, it is difficult to implement amidst the rapid dynamics of organizations and numerous internal and external challenges. This program was therefore created to address these organizational challenges.

After completion of this program, participants will be better able to:

• Implementing Basic Hard skill for Leader such as Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA), Effective Meeting & Constructive Feedback
• Implementing Basic Soft skill for Leader such as Managing Gap Generation, Empathic Listening, & Adaptive Communication
• Implementing Basic Digital skill for Leader such as Digital Mindset, Digital Collaboration, & Digital Tools (productivity, AI, etc)
