Awareness in Automotive Quality Management System IATF 16949:2016 for Management

Customer requirements in the automotive industry are very tight in terms of product quality, on time delivery, lower price and responds to any customer request. Expectations from business owners related to profitability, organization and employee happiness are also changed at the present. Thus, organizations are always in a crisis position. To survive, the organization shall establish robust management systems to accommodate all needs, both internal and external.
