Work Load Analysis

It is common to hear some word from employee such as "I'm too busy" or "I don't have time" or "Why my boss always asked, while that is not my job" or any other comment. However, (maybe) employee does not aware that they use working hours to do activities which does not related to their job such as chatting via WA or smoking during working hours or take coffee (with fritters) during office hours, etc. Therefore, the effective working hours is less than the total working hours which agreed previously.

This WLA method will help organization to know the employee's work load based on the standard working hours and to make sure the employee's job description is correct

After completion of this program, participants will be better able to:

• Understand the correlation between Job Description and working hours
• To calculate the work load based on Job Description
• To make good synergy within team member and support each other
