Performance Management: Strategic Leadership (Level 3)

Running a performance appraisal process is a practitioner task. Designing a performance culture, aligning it to strategy, and leading its transformation across an organisation is a leadership task. This Level 3 program is for those making strategic decisions about how performance is defined, measured, and rewarded at the organisational level — not just managing the process.

After completing this program, participants will be able to:

• Align the PM system to organisational strategy using BSC and OKR frameworks
• Diagnose and redesign a performance culture in an SME context
• Build a Total Rewards strategy that reinforces desired performance behaviours
