Managing Change in Organization

Change management is a term referring to all the processes, skills, and practices used to assist individuals, managers, and leaders to accept and implement organizational change. Simply put, managing change is about managing the people side of change on every level. Change initiatives are usually plans and actions to implement a transformative initiative in an organization that could result in changes in the culture, strategy, processes, technology, and human resources. This course will help the participants learn about the principles, tools, and practices that can be used to manage and sustain change in their organizations.

After completion of this program, participants will be better able to:

• Understand the dynamics of organizational change
• Understand the principles of change management
• Understand the strategy, approaches, tools, and activities to manage change

Note: it is desirable that each Participant is currently or about to be involved in a change/transformation project in their organizations.
