Job Evaluation Method to Enhance Organization

This training program is designed to equip participants with both conceptual understanding and practical skills to conduct Job Evaluation (JE) in an objective, systematic, and consistent manner. Participants will be able to assess the relative value of jobs within the organization as a basis for achieving internal equity, integrating to other HR management system such as compensation, career system, succession planning etc, and supporting strategic HR decision-making as well.

After completion of this program, participants will be better able to:

• Eliminate subjectivity in determining hierarchical ranks.
• Define clear Level Descriptors to differentiate roles (e.g., Staff vs. Senior Staff).
• Build a logical and consistent Job Hierarchy (Internal Equity).
• Provide a solid foundation for structured job ranking, career path and pay.
