Job Evaluation

This workshop is about refreshment on the understanding, skill and knowledge of Korn Ferry Guide Chart-Profile Method of Job EvaluationSM both in Job Evaluation approach and Job Family Model/Job Architecture approach.

In detail, this workshop is meant to provide participants with the refreshment on the concept and principles of job evaluation, as well the eight dimensions of the Korn Ferry Guide ChartsSM, and their relationships with other dimensions and factors that are commonly considered in work measurement approaches.

After the workshop, we expect that participants understand how to apply the methodology and tool that objectively evaluates and recognizes work in different business circumstances by providing exercises to practice the evaluation of a range jobs at different levels and function.
