Immersive Character Training

The "Immersive Character Training" program is designed to develop the skills required to create and deliver instruction high quality by providing the knowledge and tools needed to teach successfully. This program recognizes that in today's low interest in learning and low-quality learning outcomes, innovation in teaching is a key driver of learning success. Implementing new learning techniques based on mode mental and motivation, curriculum design, communication strategies, and building assessment tools can achieve the desired learning goals.

After the completion of this program, participants will be better able to:

• Understand the various mental models that participants go through to educate and how to motivate them to learn
• Designing effective curriculum and learning plans
• Improve communication strategies and delivery technique
• Building assessment tools and achievement indicators
• Apply instructional techniques to create experiences of interesting and effective learning
• Evaluate and reflect on teaching practices to continue to grow
