HR Function Common

Someone who work in HR department and or anyone from other function, does not realize that be a HR team member must be standby 24/7 and serve the employee start from candidate until employee resign. Most people think, HR function is a critical job, just sitting on the working table and sometimes people think that HR is a police inside department.

This short course will help and open mind the participants about the HR function (as a common practice) and to prepare the work attitude as HR team member.
