Behavior Based Interviewing skill

This training is more like a workshop session as participants will have multiple role play sessions to immediately implement/practice the knowledge learned. With step by step learning process, participants will develop better understanding and skill through the course. Started with managing self as interviewer, potential road block or trap faced during interview, preparations required prior to conducting an interview, and structured approach to help getting the real out of candidates.

After completion of this program, participants will be better able to:

• Understand the principles of interview in recruitment and selection process
• Know types of interview and which fits the objective of interview
• Avoid awkward moment during interview because interviewer is out of questions to ask
• Conduct behavioral based interview in selection process
