Basic HR for Non-HR

This program is specifically designed for small and medium-sized organizations that don't have an HR department or that already have an HR department staffed by people with limited HR experience. It helps participants understand that HR functions extend beyond simply recruiting and paying employees.

After completion of this program, participants will be better able to:

• Understand the various types of HR functions and their definitions
• Understand that there are other parts of HR that need to be developed so that staff can be managed better
• Understand regulations regarding differences in employment contracts
• Understand the basic concept of determining compensation & benefits that suit the organization's needs
• Understand the provisions and obligations of the organization regarding BPJS
