Balance Score Card - Translating Strategy into Action

Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a practical management framework that helps organizations translate strategy into clear objectives, measurable KPIs, and actionable initiatives. Unlike traditional performance systems that focus mainly on financial results, BSC provides a balanced view through four perspectives: Financial, Customer, Internal Process, and Learning & Growth. In this training, participants will learn how to convert business strategy into a strategy map, develop meaningful KPIs, align departments toward common goals, and improve execution through better performance measurement. The course is designed to be simple, practical, and interactive, enabling participants to immediately apply BSC concepts to drive stronger accountability, better decision-making, and sustainable business results.
