Business Acumen for Bankers

Business Acumen for Bankers is a training program developed by professional trainers in PasarTrainer. The program is designed for fresh graduates who have just started their career journey in banking or early joined professionals in the banking industry.

The objective of the program is to inform and enlighten the participants on why business acumen is important in the banking business, how the banking business works, and the financial measurement and results of the banking business. The program also discusses the external factors of the Banking Business such as the banking industry and the Macro Environment surrounding the industry as well as the Internal factors such as functions in the Banking Business and how they should collaborate to create values for the Bank.
