Basic Risk Management

In order to have a proper and adequate risk management technique, one most common methodology is to implement Risk Control Assessment (RCA). This program lead the organization on how to manage potential risk (identification, analyze, control, and mitigate), including undertand its concept as well as principles. The course program will be equipped with such experience sharing when implementing RCA in the organization.
