Women, Leadership & Communication

Women remain underrepresented in public and private sector leadership and management positions. While quotas have been implemented to boost women's participation in politics and corporate boards, parity remains far from reality. In Indonesia, only 52% of women participate in the labor force (vs. men: 82%). In this program, we will learn that there are masculine and feminine characteristics that women can embody. Compassionate leadership focuses on relationships through careful listening to, understanding, empathizing with, and supporting others, enabling those we lead to feel valued, respected, and cared for, so they can reach their potential and do their best work.

After completion of this program, participants will be better able to:

• Understand the concept of feminine and masculine energy and how to use it wisely at work
• Understanding the elements of compassionate leadership
• Learning that a healthy relationship with self will lead to a successful outcome at work
• Learning to communicate in an assertive way
