Rise and Shine, Support Refined

This practical and group activity program is specially designed to empower support staff to perform their roles more effectively, creatively and proactively, while also building a stronger sense of pride and ownership in their work. With participants coming from diverse functions, as well as managing generation gap, the session aims to help them recognize their strategic contributions to the organization’s overall success.

After the session, participants are expected to be better able to:

• Shift the mindset from “just support” to “key drivers of operational success” for the Organization
• Encourage initiative, creativity and work efficiency, without waiting for instructions
• Foster a deep sense of ownership and pride in their responsibilities and roles
