Leading Self by Impactful Communication

Communication is one of core ability for employees to be more effective, productive, and preparing self to be a leader. However, communication is also an aspect that frequently creating problems in organization such as interpersonal, engagement, or empowering problems. To deal with that situation, each employee needs to learn how to be more aware with his/her communication style, recognizing others communication needs, listening effectively, and converying message structurally in order to create impactful and assertive communication.

Program Objective

• Recognizing self personality energy in communication (the influence of Introvert-Extrovert, Thinking-Feeling in communication)
• Recognizing good energy and bad energy in communication
• The importance of word, voice, and gesture in converying messages
• Listening (role, silence, non-verbal, verbal response)
• Structured communication for story telling (context-action-result)
