Enhancing Communication Skills

Communication skill is one of the most important skills in our personal and professional lives. One cause of failure is a lack of effective communication skill, and one of the keys to success is effective communication skill.

Sometimes we feel we can communicate well or effectively. However, it turns out that those around us feel uncomfortable with our communication style and even fail to follow our instructions. It also happens when communicating across generations. Our recent generations tend to communicate directly and it leads to miss-communication easily. It's also very easy to blame others for not understanding what we mean, and we tend to avoid self-evaluation.

In communication, what matters most is what we say and how we say it. These two elements play a crucial role. In the ENHANCING COMMUNICATION training, the material will be presented with 30% theory and 70% practice. The presentation will be FOCUS and FUN so that all participants can absorb the material well and enjoyably, and most importantly, can implement it when they return to the workplace.

After completion of this program, participants will be better able to:

• Able to have the mindset of a good team player with strong communication skills
• Able to overcome communication barriers and clarify communication so that it is well received by the interlocutor
• Able to communicate well and properly with people from across generations
• Able to communicate with good manners both in spoken and written communication
