This module explains an overview of 3 speaking elements.

Module 1. Speak Element

* Master of Ceremony 101 : Definition, Requirement and Competency, Ethics, Role
* Moderator 101 : Definition, Main roles, Requirement

This module explains the different roles of master of ceremony and moderator in an event, seminar or talk show.

Module 2. Emcee vs Moderator

Each participant practices as a moderator to open a session with a good introduction about the content.

Individual Role-Play 1

Each participant practices as a moderator to lead a Q&A session.

Individual Role-Play 2

Each participant practices as a moderator to close a session with a strong and meaningful summary and conclusion.

Individual Role-Play 3

A 2-min presentation from each participant to share their learning and how the session meets their objective.

Post-Test (key take away)

Moderator is not only expected to be attractive but at the same time is required to master the topic and lead the flow of discussion among Speakers. He / She must learn how to open the session with a clear transition from participant need and session objective, how to lead the question and answer session and how to close the session with a strong and meaningful conclusion and summary.

After completion of this program, participants will be better able to:
* Create an attractive opening and transition
* Lead the Q&A session between speakers and audiences
* Prepare a strong summary and meaningful closing statement
