Pelatihan Berbasis Kompetensi Skema HR Manager

Today's HR managers and HR Leaders must think strategically and legally about their company's Human Resources function. Awareness of the regulation of Kepmenaker RI no 115/2020 that all employees who work as Human Resources roles must have the Competency Certificates issued by BNSP. This Competency certificate is to ensure that the practice of managing human resources are aligned with the applicable Indonesia's labor law and aligned with the current and future business demands. Having this condition in the company, the company is expected to achieve their strategic objectives due to the employees perform with the optimum productivity and there is harmonious industrial relations i the company. Therefore, HR Managers in all companies need to be Competent in their position. This training is presented to prepare the HR Managers to be ready, to attend the Competency certification by LSP MSDM-BNSP

• Provide the relevant supporting documents as portfolio for the Competency assesment
• Explain all the questions from the competency assesor and being recommended K or Kompeten by LSP MSDM
